ACHADEMIA Real Estate, a leading technical/valuation consultancy firm, is looking for freelance professionals to join its team.

The role involves conducting surveys at real estate within the province of Bolzano and the subsequent preparation of technical reports. The professional figure that we are looking for must be a car owner and have a personal computer. The work will be carried out remotely and independently, in coordination with our head office in Padua.

Candidates with in-depth knowledge of the regulations of the Province of Bolzano (e.g. Provincial Law 13/1998), in-depth knowledge of the “Catasto Tavolare” (specially land register of that area) and estimating methodologies (comparative, regarding income, etc.) will receive greater consideration.

The use of Office and Autocad suite are basic requirements.

WORK LOCATION: remote/from home

CAR OWNER: a professional with a car is required

REMUNERATION PACKAGE: to be defined during contractual phase
