The role involves conducting surveys at real estate within the province of Padua and the subsequent preparation of technical reports. The professional figure that we are looking for must be a car owner and have a personal computer. The work will be carried out remotely and independently, in coordination with our head office in Padua.

Candidates with in-depth knowledge of regulations and estimating methodologies (comparative, of income, etc.) will receive greater consideration. The use of Autocad suite is a basic requirement.

WORK LOCATION: remote/from home

REMUNERATION PACKAGE: to be defined during contractual phase

The professional figure that we are looking for must be a car owner and have a personal computer. The work will be carried out remotely and independently, in coordination with our head office in Padua.

Candidates with in-depth knowledge of the regulations of the Province of Bolzano (e.g. Provincial Law 13/1998), in-depth knowledge of the “Catasto Tavolare” (special land register of Autonomous Italian regions) and estimating methodologies (comparative, regarding income, etc.) will receive greater consideration.

The use of Office and Autocad suite are basic requirements.
